What you will do:
- Monitor your account portfolio for risk indicators such as payment delays, asset issues, or arrears
- Flag potential issues early and collaborate with internal teams to initiate solutions
- Serve as the go-to resource for customer inquiries and daily support needs.
- Track and manage all transactions within your account portfolio
- Assess customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and share insights with relevant departments
- Identify customer needs for additional products or services and offer tailored recommendations
- Support the full lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring adherence to policies and agreements
- Spot patterns or inefficiencies in processes and suggest actionable improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with both customers and vendors through effective communication
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or operational finance role
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with inspections, collections, and contract processing
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
