Operations Account Manager

What you will do:

  • Monitor your account portfolio for risk indicators such as payment delays, asset issues, or arrears
  • Flag potential issues early and collaborate with internal teams to initiate solutions
  • Serve as the go-to resource for customer inquiries and daily support needs.
  • Track and manage all transactions within your account portfolio
  • Assess customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and share insights with relevant departments
  • Identify customer needs for additional products or services and offer tailored recommendations
  • Support the full lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring adherence to policies and agreements
  • Spot patterns or inefficiencies in processes and suggest actionable improvements
  • Maintain strong relationships with both customers and vendors through effective communication

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or operational finance role
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with inspections, collections, and contract processing
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
