What you will do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories or industries
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management team
What you will need to be successful:
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or trade shows
