They are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Professional to expand our customer base and drive growth in key markets.
As an Outside Sales Representative-Industrial Automation & Material Handling, build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role partners with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What you will do:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct onsite visits to warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers
- Present solutions for automation, material handling, and warehouse optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and project plans
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
- Provide market feedback to leadership to inform product and service strategies
What you will need to be successful:
- 3–5 years of outside sales experience in automation, industrial equipment, or material handling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions to clients
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
