As an experienced P&C Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing Personal Lines insurance, building meaningful relationships with clients and prospects, and ensuring their unique risk management needs are met with precision and care. Work model:

- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Service Commercial lines insurance, including Property and Casualty
- Contact clients and client leads to recommend appropriate insurance and place coverage
- Identify and cover additional risk exposures by conducting annual coverage reviews
- Confer and negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients and remarket when necessary
- Execute account quotes, applications, endorsements, binders, and renewals
- Build, foster, and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects
What you will need to be successful:
- Must possess a Property and Casualty license or be willing to obtain one in the first months
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge
- 5+ years of successful Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Professional verbal and written skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Excels in follow-up and organization skills.
