This individual will empower members through education, personalized solutions, and ongoing support for financial wellness. Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What you will do:
- Create engaging onboarding and reboarding experiences for new and existing members to enhance their satisfaction and value
- Boost loan and deposit market share through effective call campaigns and timely responses to member inquiries
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, including active checking accounts, household services, product penetration, and cross-sales goals
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external business partners to improve organizational knowledge and elevate the credit union’s reputation
- Expand your influence by leveraging social media and building a strong referral network through word-of-mouth
- Deliver impactful presentations to small and large groups of members, prospects, and key contacts, both in-person and virtually, as required
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience
