Product Manager – New Product Development

Work model:

  • Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

What you will do:

  • Conduct global market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and business cases
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy across internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead new product development initiatives and manage field trials for early adoption
  • Develop marketing collateral and training materials for product launches
  • Monitor business performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering
  • Proven experience in market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis
  • Ability to define product requirements and build compelling business cases
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, control valves, or process industries
  • Willingness to travel 10–15% for customer visits, trade shows, and training
