Work model:
- Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
What you will do:
- Conduct global market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and business cases
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy across internal and external stakeholders
- Lead new product development initiatives and manage field trials for early adoption
- Develop marketing collateral and training materials for product launches
- Monitor business performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering
- Proven experience in market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis
- Ability to define product requirements and build compelling business cases
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, engineering, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with industrial automation, control valves, or process industries
- Willingness to travel 10–15% for customer visits, trade shows, and training
