Work model:
- On-Site
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What you will do:
- Ensure correct materials are present
- Expedite workflow and assist employees with the work process
- Assist Quality Leads with changeovers
- Maintain lean production employees in production processes
- Develop work instructions and request documentation changes as required
- Monitor the completion of necessary production and quality control documentation
- Partner with human resources to resolve minor employee conflicts or policy infractions
What you will need to be successful:
- 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Employee training experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with production staff
