What you will do:
- Lead internal PrinAM program management across business, operations, and technology
- Act as primary liaison with the external service provider for milestones, issues, and decisions
- Manage all implementation phases (Lift Out, Due Diligence, Development, Testing, Conversion, Go-Live, BAU)
- Develop detailed project plans, identify critical paths, and align deliverables with joint program plans
- Coordinate with third parties (custodians, transfer agents, vendors)
- Drive risk/issue resolution and ensure readiness for testing phases
- Conduct due diligence to define the operating model and avoid rework
- Communicate program status via escalations, Steering Committees, and executive updates
- Maintain key artifacts supporting decisions, timelines, and sign-offs
- Partner with stakeholders for seamless execution and leadership reporting
What you will need to be successful:
- 15–20 years of experience in Program and Project Management
- Strong knowledge of Asset Management, including Fund Accounting and Administration
- Skilled in driving accountability and managing project risk
- Excellent communication and escalation skills; ability to simplify complex messages for varied audiences
