Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate
- Proven experience as a General Contractor (GC) with a focus on industrial construction
- Background in industrial/agribusiness construction projects
- Will consider experience as a high-level engineering leader with Project Management experience, including large-scale CapEx in an industrial/manufacturing environment
