Work model:

What you will do:
- Mentor and develop quality engineers and technicians across 3 shifts
- Identify and solve quality issues
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders
- Conduct data analytics and present recommendations
- Perform 40% hands-on engineering and 60% team development
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field
- Proven leadership track record
- Process audit history
- Effective communicator and willing to collaborate with internal teams
