Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire direction of the quality department and set strategic initiatives
- Ensure strict quality standards are maintained and improved upon
- Set and enact annual budgets for the department
- Develop department culture and foster an environment of growth
- Lead quality audits and uphold ISO 9001 standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
- 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a quality capacity
- Experience managing a Quality Assurance program (ISO)
- Management experience is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
- Must be able to pass a federal drug/alcohol and background check
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Thursday
- 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
