What you will do:
- Oversee quality assurance processes across rotational, injection, and blow molding operations
- Lead and mentor quality team members, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures
- Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and operations leadership to resolve quality issues
- Maintain documentation and compliance with internal and external quality requirements
- Split time approximately 50/50 between shop floor and office responsibilities
What you will need to be successful:
- 3+ years of quality experience in manufacturing
- 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with a hands-on, floor-engaged leadership style
