What you will do:
- Lead daily operations of the Quality Department and drive process improvements
- Oversee inspections at all production stages using precision measurement tools
- Audit processes, resolve quality issues, and guide cross‑functional problem‑solving
- Maintain documentation, support ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and communicate with customers
- Train team members on quality procedures and inspection techniques
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 5+ years of manufacturing/fabrication experience with strong attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform hands‑on inspections
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, CMM equipment, and AIAG core tools
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a collaborative mindset
- Prior supervisory experience and comfort leading and developing a team
