What you will do:
- Inspect new equipment and review compliance checklists
- Liaise between production and engineering
- Assist with part quality checks and process improvements
- Maintain inspection documentation
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
- Identify and resolve quality issues
- Train production staff in quality procedures
- Support new equipment installations
- Perform other duties as needed
What you will need to be successful:
- Associate degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent
- 3+ years in manufacturing
- Proficient with electronic test equipment and precision measuring tools
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work independently
