What you will do:
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple platforms and techniques
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and pipeline development
- Complete reference checks and assist with offer development
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations
What you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in filling roles across multiple functions and levels
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building abilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
