What you will do:
- Lead and oversee all branch operations
- Supervise technicians and installation crews
- Maintain inventory levels needed to match the inside and outside sales efforts
- Drive business through ongoing networking and community engagement efforts
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and processes by collaborating with the main office
- Follow the EOS model of business
- Lead team and company culture
- Stay current with competitors, pricing, and market
- Manage budget, forecasting, and P&L
What you will need to be successful:
- 7+ years in leadership, general manager, or an operations-related role
- Experience in industrial service or a related industry
