What you will do:
- Train, mentor, and guide the in-home sales team
- Hire, onboard, and oversee sales staff performance
- Create and enforce sales goals, accountability, and standards
- Oversee sales operations and critical performance metrics (e.g., booked revenue, close rates)
- Manage escalations, assist in complex sales situations, and ensure customer expectations are met
- Partner with marketing, leadership, and operations teams on strategy and execution
- Facilitate regular meetings, performance reviews, and trainings
- Engage in select personal selling activities to remain connected with the customer experience
- Set sales goals and forecasts
- Evaluate market trends to guide strategy
- Create and foster client relationships and guarantee customer satisfaction
What you will need to be successful:
- Previous experience in sales and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, mentoring skills, and team management
- Ability to plan strategically, perform market analysis, and complete sales forecasting
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Expertise in home improvement/remodeling sales (preferred)
