What you will do:
- Utilize business objectives to lead and create roadmaps and strategic plans within Salesforce
- Responsible for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration to align with business processes and requirements
- Act as the subject matter expert within Salesforce to ensure best practice
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
What you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience working in Salesforce
- Proficient in Salesforce development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
