Palmer Group has partnered with a local Des Moines client to search for a Scheduler & Dispatcher. This individual will work with the technicians and schedule appointments. If you are interested in this role, apply today!
Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 pm – 4:30 pm
What you will do:
- Assign technicians to service calls based on skillset, availability, and location
- Schedule preventative maintenance appointments for each technician
- Ensure all appointments are attended to promptly, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise
- Track required services at each customer for annual/bi-annual visits
- Maintain accurate records of technician schedules, appointments, and missed calls
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a scheduling or dispatching role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
