What you will do:

  • Coach the Agile team, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and promote effective communication within the team
  • Address and eliminate blockers that impede the team’s progress, ensuring smooth workflows
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Agile Team, channeling requests appropriately to maximize team focus
  • Support in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, aligning it with business goals
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Recognize and manage resistance to Agile practices, encouraging a positive mindset towards Agile transformation
  • Track team performance and drive improvements based on data-driven insights

What you will need to be successful:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in coaching and mentoring team members effectively
