What you will do:
- Coach the Agile team, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and promote effective communication within the team
- Address and eliminate blockers that impede the team’s progress, ensuring smooth workflows
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Agile Team, channeling requests appropriately to maximize team focus
- Support in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, aligning it with business goals
- Offer guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
- Recognize and manage resistance to Agile practices, encouraging a positive mindset towards Agile transformation
- Track team performance and drive improvements based on data-driven insights
What you will need to be successful:
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in coaching and mentoring team members effectively
