This individual will study financial statements, tax records, contracts, and other necessary documents to determine the company’s financial health and hazards. Responsibilities:
- Create confidential information memorandums
- Set up data rooms for companies on sale
- Conduct special assessments related to the company operations and strategies for profit enhancement
- Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for businesses
- Handle multiple client tasks and responsibilities efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPA License
- 2+ years of experience
