Work model:

What you will do:
- Prepare business returns and income tax returns
- Oversee financial statement engagements
- Train and supervise staff
- Work closely with clients to ensure needs are met
- Stay up to date with tax laws and compliance
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in a CPA firm is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Proficient in technical and computer skills
