Senior Administrative Assistant

Palmer Group is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior executives and handling board-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and be adept at managing complex schedules and confidential information. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you will do:

  • Manage calendars and workflow priorities for the senior leadership team
  • Make arrangements for board meetings and handle logistics for agendas and meeting materials
  • Communicate with leaders regarding upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Schedule and organize time-sensitive administrative projects
  • Document meeting minutes
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and documentation
  • Assist in reconciling invoices, budget tracking, and completion of expense reports
  • Screen incoming calls as well as incoming mail, publications, and correspondence

What you will need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related executive administrative support experience
  • Strong personal leadership, ability to work independently and effectively, using personal judgment
  • Ability to handle personal and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and PowerPoint
  • Experience handling Board of Director meetings or other similar high-level meetings is highly preferred
  • Excellent organization skills are required, must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines and excel in working independently in a fast-paced environment
