Work model:

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
What you will do:
- Manage calendars and workflow priorities for the senior leadership team
- Make arrangements for board meetings and manage meeting logistics, such as the creation of agendas and meeting materials
- Communicate with leaders regarding upcoming meetings, responsibilities, and commitments
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, handling sensitive and confidential information
- Schedule and organize time-sensitive administrative projects
- Document meeting minutes
- Develop and manage spreadsheets, databases, and documentation
- Assist in reconciling invoices, budget tracking, and completion of expense reports
- Screen incoming calls, mail, correspondence, and publications
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of related executive administrative support experience
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work independently and make effective decisions using personal judgment
- Ability to handle personal and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and PowerPoint
- Experience handling Board of Directors meetings or other similar high-level meetings is highly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Capability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines while working independently in a fast-paced environment
