Responsibilities:
- Support electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Propose new initiatives and processes to stay up-to-date on the latest technology
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), control panels, and automation solutions for multiple facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on PLCs and industrial automation
- Proficient in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and optimization with major PLC brands (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Omron)
- Experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming, and control panel layout and wiring
- Project management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
