This individual will assist with the financial planning and budget processes by developing financial models utilized to create financial plans. What you will do:
- Analyze financial statements and data, then present financial data using detailed reports and charts
- Assist with financial planning and budgeting processes
- Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations
- Understand key business drivers and metrics and provide financial guidance based on analytical processes performed
- Maintain a strong focus on process improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the process
- Present findings to leadership and make recommendations based on financial and business results
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 4+ years of experience with financial analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
