As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be the connective force across the finance and treasury teams, supporting strategic initiatives, driving financial insights, and helping bring cross-functional teams together. What you will do:
- Be a trusted partner to the VP of Finance, offering insights and hands-on support across financial operations and strategic initiatives
- Analyze performance and trends across business lines—from commercial lending to capital markets—providing actionable reporting and scenario modeling
- Help foster collaboration across remote teams in Accounting, Treasury, and Finance
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and regulatory submissions, including the NCUA Call Report
- Serve as a finance liaison to business units—explaining results, identifying risk/opportunity, and supporting enterprise goals
- Identify ways to streamline and modernize finance processes for better alignment and efficiency
What you will need to be successful:
- Experience in a credit union or bank, with exposure to a broad mix of products (e.g., retail, commercial, treasury, capital markets, or private banking)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and regulatory reporting
