What you will do:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, providing hands-on support and related debugging
- Utilize infrastructure as code concepts and automation tools such as Terraform
- Apply fundamentals of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python
- Deploy and support Azure AD, AWS, and Azure cloud services
- Manage Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, file structures and security, and backup and disaster recovery processes
- Install software in accordance with corporate standards
- Follow configuration and change management processes
- Understand computer architecture and operating systems
- Possess basic knowledge of Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network-Attached Storage (NAS) technologies
- Utilize virtualization technologies, including VMWare
- Assist with testing as necessary
What you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years of Windows/Azure experience
- 5+ years of Troubleshooting experience
- 5+ years of Server Administration experience
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Experience with additional cloud platforms and services
