What you will do:
- Leverage a strong background in development modeling and equity capital stacks to analyze financial data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations for key internal stakeholders and clients
- Serve as a key relationship manager for banks and investors
- Partner with these groups to create financially successful projects for clients and development
- Manage and lead a team effectively, including hiring, training, coaching, evaluating and managing performance, allocating compensation, handling employee relations issues, and managing terminations
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of directly relevant experience
- Experience in Real Estate Development with a focus on modeling and equity capital stacks
- Previous leadership experience in managing teams
- Direct experience working with Investment Banking relationships
