Responsibilities:
- Work with customers on the cost, schedule, and function of each project
- Develop and lead the design of new process equipment
- oversee the scope, design criteria, schedule, and order of projects
- Manage the capital project timelines and financial performance
- Train and educate personnel and engineers on how the equipment functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on project management
- Proficient in plant mechanical and electrical systems
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Strong communication and leadership skills
