What you will do:
- Manage comprehensive mechanical design initiatives across projects of varying scope and complexity
- Lead critical design decision-making with limited input from senior leadership

Coordinate and assign design responsibilities across multiple teams and disciplines
- Mentor junior engineers, offering technical guidance

Evaluate and refine technical documentation and communications prepared by junior team members

Perform comprehensive quality assurance and engage in review sessions for major, complex initiatives
- Address field concerns, including on-site visits and hands-on troubleshooting, with minimal guidance
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Professional Engineer license
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and operate as SME
