Our client is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their growing team. This team has excellent tenure, offers a fully remote setup, and has established a strong reputation in the market. We want to talk to you if you have Treasury experience in capital and debt management!

What you will do:
- Set up interest and principal payments with bondholders and markets
- Assist with the development of a consistent lease administration structure
- Design and scope policies, procedures, and databases
- Participate in capital markets activities
- Support the establishment of an in-house real estate division
- Facilitate a standard package of terms and conditions for key real estate vendors
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range capital planning processes
What you will be responsible for:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related degree
- 5+ years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
- Capital and Debt Management experience required
- Prior experience with financial analysis as well as real estate and/or treasury
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
