What you will do:

Define and steer the strategic direction for insurance operations and sales, ensuring team alignment with the organizational mission and growth objectives

Lead commercial sales strategies, nurture critical relationships, and accelerate business growth through both client retention and new business
- Manage all operational aspects, from customer service to compliance, consistently searching for opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with finance, underwriting, and compliance teams to provide seamless service and represent the business at client meetings and industry events
- Provide motivation and mentorship to high-performing teams, cultivating an environment of innovation, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset
What you will need to be successful:
- Significant experience as an insurance professional with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success with accelerating business growth and leading teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, outstanding execution skills, and strong complex problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication with excellent relationship-building skills
- High level of integrity, great attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
