Service Administrator

A growing and evolving manufacturer is adding a Service Administrator to their team. Assist the service team and manager by organizing and scheduling service repairs, parts, and orders. Work model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What you will do:

  • Answer service requests via telephone and effectively communicate with the team
  • Identify, organize, and input service orders and parts into the company’s ERP systems
  • Supply service technicians with the material information needed per job requirements
  • Provide service technicians with expense reports and itemize them accordingly
  • Assist with ad-hoc data entry and/or administrative needs

What you will need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Ability to navigate and learn software programs
