Work model:
- On-Site
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday – Friday
What you will do:
- Answer service requests via telephone and effectively communicate with the team
- Identify, organize, and input service orders and parts into the company’s ERP systems
- Supply service technicians with the material information needed per job requirements
- Provide service technicians with expense reports and itemize them accordingly
- Assist with ad-hoc data entry and/or administrative needs
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent phone skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to navigate and learn software programs
