Customer Service Specialist

Work model:
  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you will do:

  • Answer inbound client calls to assist with various requests
  • Process paperwork in departmental queues timely and accurately
  • Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal regulatory standards
  • Implement policies and procedures in daily work
  • Complete entry of new accounts, account transfers/closures, and client information changes
  • Work through wire requests, incoming checks, and insufficient fund notices
  • Create and update system IDs

What you will need to be successful:

  • 1+ years of data entry/paperwork processing experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with database software is a plus
  • Knowledgeable regarding technology
  • Independent and reliable
