What you will do:
- Answer inbound client calls to assist with various requests
- Process paperwork in departmental queues timely and accurately
- Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal regulatory standards
- Implement policies and procedures in daily work
- Complete entry of new accounts, account transfers/closures, and client information changes
- Work through wire requests, incoming checks, and insufficient fund notices
- Create and update system IDs
What you will need to be successful:
- 1+ years of data entry/paperwork processing experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with database software is a plus
- Knowledgeable regarding technology
- Independent and reliable
