Work model:

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Efficiently handle and process live phone calls, website inquiries, and referrals on new potential cases
- Provide positive interactions with potential clients while helping them navigate the first step of their claim
- Collect pertinent information and summarize relevant case-related information using the firms’ intake software
- Develop a thorough understanding of the firm’s specialized practice areas, internal systems, and intake procedures
- Secure signed attorney fee agreements between attorney and client
- Performs a variety of administrative and support activities as needed
- Request police reports, videos, audio, and 911 records
- Calendaring meetings between new clients and attorneys
What you will need to be successful:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patience, empathy, and compassion to ensure a positive interaction with potential clients from various backgrounds and circumstances
- Previous data entry experience
- Strong writing skills and ability to identify key takeaways from conversations to form clear, concise, and cohesive case summaries
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed in a fast-paced environment
