Work model:
- On-Site in Ankeny or Ames
What you will do:
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements
- Preparation of payroll tax forms, W-2s and 1099s
- Assist with client bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Run client payroll
What you need to be successful:
- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- 1+ years of Accounting experience
- Prior experience with payroll and or client bookkeeping preferred
- Prior CPA firm experience advantageous
- Strong computer experience including Microsoft Office products
