What you will do:
- Lead industrial construction projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality standards
- Direct and supervise both internal millwright teams and subcontractors on-site
- Manage steel structure assembly and equipment installation with precision and efficiency
- Uphold rigorous safety standards and maintain full compliance with OSHA regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical plans to guide field execution
- Collaborate closely with engineering, automation, and client teams to ensure seamless project integration
- Ensure all work adheres to applicable building codes and internal company standards
- Oversee the logistics of tools, materials, and equipment to support smooth operations
- Contribute to layout planning and support the integration of facility and equipment systems
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management, field supervision, or superintendent-level roles
- Proven expertise in steel erection and industrial equipment installation
- NCCCO Crane Operator certification is highly desirable
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical construction documents
- Experience using construction management platforms; ProCore familiarity is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Willing and able to travel full-time on a 10-day-on / 4-days-off rotation
- Valid certifications for operating industrial equipment (e.g., forklift, boom lift)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strong asset
