This individual will utilize advanced material management techniques and controls to ensure customer expectations are met. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to help resolve and supply chain changes or issues that may arise
- Receive customer orders, and maintain a clear and concise record of all issues and correspondence for each customer order
- Act as the primary contract between customers and operations for older fulfillment and product-related requests
- Maintain and utilize company systems to assist with daily planning, scheduling, and purchasing
- Develop a production plan to meet customer requirements efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
