Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering business growth and customer retention in the Indianola branch
- Identify and contact potential commercial and business customers in the market
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch financial goals
- Provide leadership to Indianola branch staff, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Represents the Bank in various community functions to enhance the Bank’s image further and develop additional business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of prior bank management experience
- Minimum of 10 years of banking and lending experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of credit principles and practices, lending laws and regulations
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
