What you will do:
- Oversee installations at Beta sites, continuously monitoring for issues
- Document and report any problems, suggesting corrective actions
- Provide regular performance and issue updates to R&D, CLC, and Services
- Assist in specifying and conducting product and system-level testing
- Document and report issues, recommending corrective actions
- Support Services by addressing questions and issues, creating detailed product issue reports for Systems Engineering and development teams, and coordinating issue resolution
- Lead training sessions for Services on new product and feature releases
- Participate in the creation of interfaces and interactions
- Assist in designing and specifying internal processes
What you will need to be successful:
- Associate degree in electronics technology or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of networks and communications (e.g., RS485, RS232, TCP/IP)
- Ability and willingness to adapt to frequent priority changes
