What you will do:
- Oversee business and individual tax returns
- Train, develop, and direct the work completed by the tax team
- Research best practices and maintain compliance
- Perform tax planning for a variety of clients and businesses
- Work collaboratively and effectively with all individuals
What you will need to be successful:
- 8+ years of experience and extensive knowledge within tax
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- CPA preferred
- Clear, concise, and accurate communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to collaborate and work virtually
