Temporary Client Support Representative

Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you will do:

  • Consult directly with core customers via phone, chat, or email to answer questions and provide information regarding policies and coverages
  • Assist Retention Specialist to ensure policyholder retention
    Accurately enter call data into computer systems
  • Work closely with prospective customers to determine coverage needs, provide accurate quotes, and assist with the application process

What you will need to be successful:

  • High school degree, some college preferred
  • 2 or more years of related experience, preferably in insurance (call center experience is acceptable as well)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and great interpersonal skills
  • Property & Casualty license desired (qualifies for higher pay rate)
