Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Consult directly with core customers via phone, chat, or email to answer questions and provide information regarding policies and coverages
- Assist Retention Specialist to ensure policyholder retention
Accurately enter call data into computer systems - Work closely with prospective customers to determine coverage needs, provide accurate quotes, and assist with the application process
What you will need to be successful:
- High school degree, some college preferred
- 2 or more years of related experience, preferably in insurance (call center experience is acceptable as well)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and great interpersonal skills
- Property & Casualty license desired (qualifies for higher pay rate)
