Our client is searching for a highly motivated Agricultural Territory Sales Manager to increase sales growth and expand market presence across the United States. This role blends hands‑on farm engagement with strategic distributor and dealer network management. There are two open territories. Ideally, candidates will live in Iowa, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, the Carolinas, or Wisconsin.

What you will do:
- Identify, foster, and close new sales opportunities with Beef and Dairy Producers
- Perform on-farm product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Demonstrate comprehension of farm operations, buying cycles, and needs to deliver tailored solutions
- Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitors, and trends
- Train distributors and dealers on sales techniques, product knowledge, and new technologies
- Conduct joint sales calls to support dealer success and strengthen end-user relationships
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives, territory business plans, and sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate orders, and support logistics
- Evaluate distributor performance and implement improvement strategies
- Create and implement strategic territory sales plans to exceed revenue and margin goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and manage the full sales pipeline
- Represent the company at trade shows, farm shows, and industry events
- Partner with marketing, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What you will need to be successful:
- 3-5 years of successful agriculture industry sales experience
- Proven success in both direct farm sales and distributor/dealer management
- Strong understanding of animal production (Dairy, Cow-Calf, Stocker, Feedlot)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong planning and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel extensively
