The Universal Banker will play a critical role in assisting customers with their everyday banking needs, combining customer service, teller transactions, and basic sales support. No prior banking experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to help people.

What you will do:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and through digital channels
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, including checking, savings, and other consumer products
- Process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers
- Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialists (lending, business banking, etc.)
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support daily branch operations and work collaboratively with team members
What you will need to be successful:
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort working with computers and learning new systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer service, retail, or cash‑handling experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
