What you will do:
- Craft and execute a services business strategy aligned with overall company objectives to drive revenue growth, profitability, and high client satisfaction and retention
- Forge and sustain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and work to resolve them effectively
- Cultivate and enhance strong relationships with our League partners and their member credit unions, positioning ViClarity as a trusted partner and expert on compliance and regulatory matters
- Guide, mentor, and coach a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
- 10+ years of compliance experience in the banking or credit union industry
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role, managing large teams and service operations
