Work model:

What you will do:
- Establish and develop relationships with both new and existing clients
- Perform customized financial evaluations, considering goals, risks, and market trends
- Create and deliver personalized investment plans
- Inform clients about products, planning tools, and market forecasts
- Stay updated about industry regulations, updates to LPL, and product offerings
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to maintain alignment with client expectations
- Engage in cross-selling opportunities and drive internal referrals
- Serve as a representative of the bank and network at community events
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within the financial industry
- Minimum 4 years of experience in brokerage or financial services
- Hold or be willing to promptly obtain a FINRA Series 7 & 66 and State Life & Health Insurance license
- Must have a Series 6 license
- Excellent at building and maintaining relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in financial analysis and strong attention to detail
- Goal-driven mindset with a desire to build business
- Proven track record in prospecting and client acquisition
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and preferably financial software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Capable of same-day travel
