    We seek a talented and creative Manufacturing Product Designer with a strong background in sewing and textiles to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative textile-based products. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for craftsmanship, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to seamlessly blend aesthetic appeal with functional design. On top of that, you can enjoy the perk of a 4-day work week! Experience 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, and get Friday entirely off. Apply today!

    What you will do:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize new product ideas
    • Translate conceptual ideas into tangible design concepts, considering both form and function
    • Leverage knowledge of sewing techniques, materials, and textile processes to create high-quality, durable products
    • Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure seamless production and adherence to design specifications
    • Develop prototypes for new products, conducting thorough testing to ensure performance, comfort, and durability
    • Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results to achieve optimal outcomes
    • Work closely with other designers, engineers, and product managers to integrate textile elements seamlessly into the overall product design
    • Provide expertise and guidance to team members on textile-related aspects of product development
    • Apply market insights to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Degree in product design, textile design, or related experience
    • Open to recent graduates with sewing and textile experience
    • Proficiency in design software, AutoCAD preferred
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, particularly in textiles
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    • Ability to travel up to 25%
