What you will do:

• Provide daily and hourly leadership and technical guidance to Electrical Assemblers and Electro-Mech Technicians with varying levels of experience
• Teach and mentor Assemblers and Technicians on proper techniques for both standard and custom assembly practices
• Assign and assist Assemblers with project-specific tasks, including panel building, wiring device mounting, and wiring
• Develop and apply labels to devices and panels

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
