    What you will do:

    • Ensure alignment of processes, measurements, standards, and efforts with safety, delivery, quality, and cost objectives

    • Finish all project assignments within the established scope, budget, and schedule

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or mechanical engineering is mandatory
    • Possess 5+ years of practical, hands-on experience (experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and processes preferred)

    What you will do:

    • Align the Design Engineering team with organizational goals and manage daily operations

    • 8+ years of hands-on design experience, including concept-to-completion and tool/fixture design
    • Leadership experience in managing technical design engineers
    • 1000+ hours using 3D CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor) and familiarity with Machinery’s Handbook
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to interpret 2D drawings and solve design challenges
